Pool
The heated outdoor
pool also includes a sundeck for lounging,
socializing, and sunbathing. The season
extends from Memorial Day through
Labor Day. Lounge chairs
are provided by the building. Pool
hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
daily.

24-Hour
Doorman
The front desk
at the entrance door lobby is manned
by a doorman twenty four hours, seven
days a week. All guests are announced,
and must have permission to enter
the building. The doormen communicate
with residents through an intercom
system which connects to resident
hard line phones. |

Fitness
Center
The fitness center
includes weight lifting equipment,
stationary bikes, treadmills, and
stair climbers. The exercise center
is available to all residents at no
charge.
Recent upgrades include free-weights and elliptical equipment. |

Hospitality
Room
The beautiful
hospitality room is available to all
residents for social events. There
is a nominal fee to use the room,
and reservations are required.

Sauna
Newly refurbished
saunas are located within a few steps
from the pool area. The saunas are
provided to all residents at no charge. |

|
Laundry
Room
The resident
laundry room includes updated washers
and dryers. Folding counters and a
table with chairs are available in
the room. A volunteer library is also
available to help pass the time. Washing
machine instructions are posted in
foreign languages to help assist maids. |

Storage
Lockers
Lockers to rent
are available in various sizes. Lockers
are rented on a monthly basis
and locker measurements begin at 3’
x 4’ x 4’.

Parking
Garage
The garage encompasses
three floors with almost 300 permanent
stalls which are rented to residents
only. Permanent stalls are on a “park
and lock system”. Valet parking
is also available to residents and
guests at posted board prices. Parking
coupons are sold at inside prices
to residents for guest parking. The
coupons are sold in books of five
with each coupon good for 24 hours
of continuous parking.
